Health and well-being are fundamental pillars for quality of life.

Why in nature?

At a time when most people live in urban environments and spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens and little air  free, we feel the importance of returning to nature to reconnect with our environment and  awaken the senses.

ambCAVALLS provides a space in the middle of nature where you can enjoy contact with the  horses  and live equine-assisted wellness .

The assisted intervention with horses allows to establish a therapeutic link between person and horse,  respecting the nature of both, freedom of decision and the beneficial potential for people.

Why horses?

Horses are social beings, like humans, with the difference that they live connected to their environment, sensitive to the  their perceptions and present in the moment. He is a being who does not judge, does not label us, or us  it questions, and it answers us unequivocally to what, without words, we convey.
That is why contact with horses has an integral effect on the person : body,  ment i  emotions.
Horses have been present throughout history. From the beginning they were food, then, on seeing  which were social animals and  collaborative, humans began to relate to them. Are going  become an important means of transport, both in large areas and in the movement of  goods. During times of war, horses represented the power and strength of many  confronted regions. Finally, they were the great workmates of the peasants, pulling  of heavy tools for working the field. Today, horses are life partners for humans  and, in recent years, we have begun to understand the help and benefits that bonding allows them.

The freedom to be oneself, both people and horses,  is the basis of the link that helps provide well - being, improve physical appearance or respond to the  need expressed.
